Day 1- Is coming to an end it has been a very busy day. We have been tested by the devil as he has tried to interfere with the arrangements of housing for the week. But we look forward to a new day tomorrow and the promises that God has for each of us. After we all enjoyed a yummy meal we attended an evening service provided by Chris Rosebrough. Chris is the President of Pirate Christian Radio and a host of the Fighting for the Faith Radio Program. Tonight his summary was: Luther in his explanation of the 3rd commandment says, "We should fear and love God so that we do not despise preaching and His Word, but hold it sacred and gladly hear and learn it." The reason this is important and relevant today is because the devil is real and seeks to deceive us so that we fall into false doctrine, false belief and great sin and vice. The temptation of Jesus in the wilderness shows us that the devil knows God's word better than you do. If you are to stand against the devil and his schemes then you must heed this commandment and all its implications.

Tomorrow will be another busy day- as we select elective topics in which we want to hear. In addition, we will be taking our group picture with 2,000 + youth! Should be exciting! There has also been discussion about climbing up the mountain tomorrow!
Please continue to pray for everyone on this trip and say an extra prayer for Pastor Brett as he delivers the morning service to the high school students tomorrow!
